- Puréed steamed cauliflower
- Caramelized onions
- Nutritional yeast
- Veganaise
- Mustard
- Salt
My favorite lazybones trick to caramelizing onions lately — blanch the onions, then stir in a small amount of either soy sauce or coconut aminos at the very end.
